Throughout
the past one month, the sea armies have been working hard and staying back till late night. All these have built up every single detail, such as the exhibition booths information and designs, the turtle
shells, the costume for Poseidon and etc that made up the whole successful campaign.
During the dismantle session on the last day of event, everything, including
the hard works, seemed to be brushed off together with all the props and
exhibition materials.
This
reminds me of something that keeps on appearing in my head until today.
I bumped
into few students who visited our exhibition on the second day, and were being
asked for some questions that I do not know how to respond to there and then. They said that
they were impressed by the objectives of our campaign and it is very meaningful,
yet, they asked, “ Do you think you yourselves will really be a responsible
person like how the campaign has urged and encouraged the public to be?” ; “
Will you continue to practice such a good behavior after the campaign?”.
I would like to say, "This is not just a coursework! This is the hard work of us, the sea armies!!" We have been chosen as the sea armies, ‘ one day sea army, whole life sea army!!’
I believe that we all have learned something from this campaign. And what we have gained have outreach what we have sacrificed throughout these past few months. We have learned about knowledge of taking care of our environment so that we can sustain the beautiful nature that we have and to reserve it for our future generation. We have also learned to handle all kinds of hardships and obstacles, to deal with people from different fields and to meet different needs of these people. We tried things that we have not try before... ... And these are what we all should treasure the most!! Things that couldn't buy with money but to gain over time. Most importantly, we have learned to appreciate what we have and also to keep this for our whole life!
So, ATTENTION TO SEA ARMIES!!! This is not the end, it is just a beginning of the new chapter! Continue to protect the lovely creatures in the sea, our "big boss", the sea turtles!!
