Throw or Recycle?

There are a lot of people who have no idea WHAT TO DO with their unwanted or old phone. Then i am sure you must be thinking about – What could be done with your unwanted mobile phone? To THROW or RECYCLE?
The Connect 2 Conserve campaign gives you a chance to recycle your old and unwanted phones. Well, now you can do better other than throwing away your mobile phones. Nokia’s Southeast Asia Pacific Sustainability Division is donating 1USD to WWF for their turtle conservation project for each mobile phone you recycle.

We all know that the “Mobile Man”, which is the humanoid robot, is made from 270 mobile phones as well as phone casings, keypads, internal metallic frames/bracings, ear phones, and mother boards (including detachable parts like the speakers). The most interesting part is the “Mobile Man” sits on the bench that is also made from recycled mobile phones!! (Cool man!) So come and visit our campaign and meet the recycle gang!

This thumb drive is also made by the unwanted phone. And then, this is a great idea where to bring out the message of “A Phone Recycled, A future for Turtle”.

Do you know that actually your unwanted phone is able to take something to be as creative as the picture listed above, to turn an unwanted or old phone into an art object. Recycle your phone, let it be one of them.

Give your unwanted or old phone second life. The unwanted or old phone can make more than what the picture showing. Let it be one of the useful things around YOU.

The video above shows how mobile phones are recycled. Connect 2 Conserve team will bring you surprise in our campaign…A real 3D Phone Recycling Factory! Visit the booths, play the games and COME to our campaign, Connect 2 Conserve!
